Description

  • a. Electrical System Improvements:
    In the main mechanical/electrical room, replace the main distribution panel (switchgear), two transformers, and two distribution panels.

  • b. Heating and Air Conditioning Improvements:
    The main operational issue at the campus is a return air problem to the central 200 POD Main Mechanical Room. The airflow is blocked and the ceiling plenums need to be connected to allow for a pathway between the classrooms and the Mechanical Room. HUB Program Required.  Questions due 10/28/21. Project start date (projected) 6/6/22 and projected end date 7/31/22. 

Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
