Scope Includes: DI-39020 Security Improvements –Key card access upgrades on exterior doors and repair of locking mechanisms. DI-39121 – Heating and Air Conditioning Improvements –Replace miscellaneous HVAC equipment that is in poor condition to keep system functioning. DI-39143 – Below Floor Crawl Space Ventilation and Drainage Improvements –Regrade crawlspace to improve drainage and add ventilation. • DI-39144 – Below Floor Crawl Space Pipe Repairs –Remove corrosion and replace or protect pipes from further corrosion, replace damaged hangers, replace/install damaged and/or missing insulation. Repair pipe leaks. DI-39145 Electrical System Improvements –Replace miscellaneous equipment that is in poor condition and approaching its usable service life. to keep system functioning. Add additional panelboards where capacity is needed. DI-39146 – Site Drainage Improvements –Add downspouts and underground drainage system (4,200 LF). Reseal/repair canopies. Pressure-wash to remove discoloration. Analyze drainage to resolve gym flooding. Unclog courtyard drains and repair 1 grate inlet at tennis court. Add concrete apron, regrade for positive drainage, remove debris and resod at problem inlets. HUB Program Required. Start date 5/2022 and projected end is 9/2022.
