Description

This Project consists of roadway, storm drainage, water/wastewater, lighting infrastructure and non-City utilities improvements on Discovery Boulevard from Data Drive to Rochell Road, on Springer Road from Data Drive to Rochell Road, and the west half of Rochell Road from SH 276 to the north boundary. Improvements include a regional detention basin west of Rochell Road. There will also be two RTP entry features comprised of flag poles, lighting, landscape, irrigation, and monument signs.

Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
