Description
You are invited to bid on a general contract for Frederick County, VA Public Schools Administration Building Restroom and Corridor Renovations. This project consists of a base bid to renovate the existing Men’s and Women’s group restrooms. This portion of work includes relocating and providing new plumbing fixtures, new under slab plumbing, new concrete floors, new floor finishes, new wall finishes, ceilings, lights, etc. The add alternate will be to renovate the existing corridors in the building. This portion of work includes new floor finishes, new furred out walls, new ceilings, new lighting, new electrical panels, new drinking fountains, etc. All bids shall be on a lump sum basis.
