Description
A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Selective demolition and mechanical unit replacement for various areas of the existing facility as identified within the Drawings. Minor architectural renovations are included. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Submit written questions to be addressed at Prebid meeting minimum of two business days prior to meeting.
