The County of Charles City has issued this Request for Proposals (RFP) and is conducting this procurement to solicit competitive lump sum cost and time design-build proposals from experienced and qualified design/build teams to provide complete designs, site changes, and construction documents required to complete construction for a new 5,000 square foot preengineered metal building to be used as a permanent Food Pantry Facility for the citizens of Charles City County to be located at 13100 The Glebe Lane, Charles City County, Va.
