Description
The project is generally described as removal of the existing gravel-surfaced built-up asphalt roof, including insulation, wood blocking, perimeter hung gutters and downspouts, down to the existing lightweight concrete topping over the precast concrete roof structure The new system includes installation of poly-isocyanurate rigid board insulation, wood blocking, gypsum cover board, perimeter hung gutters and downspouts, roof transition ladders, and removal and replacement of the existing clearstory windows with materials in kind.
