This Contract provides for the improvement of US 97 MP 152.67 to MP 178.06 in Kittitas and Chelan Counties, by Removing Asphalt Conc. Pavement, Removing Guardrail, Removing Guardrail Anchor, Crushed Surfacing Base Course, Beam Guardrail Type 31 - 8 ft. Long Post, Beam Guardrail Type 31 - 9 ft. Long Post, Aes. Tr. Beam Guardrail Type 31, Aes. Tr. Beam Guardrail type 31 8 ft. Long Post, Aes. Tr. Beam Guardrail Anchor Type 10, Aes. Tr. Beam Guardrail Type 31 Non-Flared Terminal, Beam Guardrail Type 1, Beam Guardrail Type 31, Beam Guardrail Transition Section Type 21, Beam Guardrail Transition Section Type 5, Beam Guardrail Type 31 Non-Flared Terminal, Beam Guardrail Type 31 Buried Terminal Type 2, Beam Guardrail Anchor Type 5, Beam Guardrail Anchor Type 7, Beam Guardrail Anchor Type 10, Flexible Guidepost, Portable Changeable Message Sign, Project Temporary Traffic Control, SPCC Plan and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.The Contractor shall begin work no earlier than August 1, 2022, unless otherwise approved by the Engineer. Contract time shall begin on the first working day. The first working day shall be August 15 1, 2022, unless otherwise approved by the Engineer. This project shall be physically completed within 28 working days. DBE goal is 14%.
