Description
This Contract provides for the improvement of US 97A MP 211.26 to MP 211.42, SR 971 MP 10.27 to MP 10.64, MP 10.64 to MP 10.95, MP 11.00 to MP 11.16, MP 11.23 to MP 11.34, and MP 11.41 to MP 11.49 in Chelan County, US 97A & SR 971 Rock Slope Scaling, by Removing Miscellaneous Traffic Item, Removing Existing Wildlife Fence, Rock Slope Scaling, Mechanical Scaling, Rock Slope Scaling Debris Removal Incl. Haul, Shoulder Finishing, Protective Sand Blanket, HMA for Preleveling Cl. 3/8 In. PG 64H-28, Planing and Paving Existing Rumble Strips, ESC Lead, Erosion/Water Pollution Control, Precast Conc. Barrier Type 2, Temporary Barrier, Removing and Resetting Existing Permanent Barrier, Temporary Impact Attenuator, Paint Line, Centerline Rumble Strip, Shoulder Rumble Strip Recessed Pavement Marker, Temporary Pavement Marking- Short Duration, Portable Changeable Message Sign, Project Temporary Traffic Control, Construction Signs Class A, Monument Case and Cover, Adjust Monument Case and Cover, Force Account Pavement Patching, Force Account Bird Nest Mitigation, Force Account Guardrail Repair, Wildlife Fence, SPCC Plan, Conex Barrier System and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. Contract time shall begin on the first working day. The first working day shall be 35 February 28, 2022, unless otherwise approved by the Engineer. This project shall be physically completed within 50 working days. DBE goal is 12%.
