Description

The scope of work includes construction of a two-lane roadway from Sawnee Drive (SR306) to Vision Drive in the Cumming City Center. The project will include sidewalks, retaining wall and a gated entrance for the Adair Park subdivision. The awarded contractor will provide all design, materials, labor, delivery, equipment, tools and appurtenances necessary for the construction of this project. Questions regarding the project due via email no later than 4pm November 15th , 2021. 

Bonds required.
