Description
This Contract provides for the improvement of SR 544 in Whatcom County, MP 3.45, to MP 3.57 Unnamed Tributary to Fourmile Creek; Fish Passage by clearing and grubbing, earthwork, culvert removal and installation, HMA paving, pavement marking, guardrail, roadside restoration, temporary erosion control, temporary traffic control, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. The Contractor shall commence onsite work on or before July 15, 2022, and shall notify the Engineer in writing a minimum of 10 calendar days in advance of the date on which the Contractor intends to begin work. This project shall be physically completed within 40 working days. Contract time shall begin on the first working day the Contractor starts onsite work or July 15, 2022, whichever occurs first. Minority goal is 10%, Small goal is 5%, Veteran goal is 5%, and Womens goal is 6%.
