Description
The “Eastwood Subdivision Sections 9 & 10” project includes the subdivision of approximately ±49.7 acres of land into approximately 220 residential units. This project includes street, water, sewer, and associated drainage improvements. Bid Documents consist of two separate bid packages. Bid Package #1 will include Public Water, Wastewater, and Drainage Improvements and will be a PUBLIC Bid. Bid Package #2 will include the associated Public Street Improvements and will be a Private Bid. Qualified Contractors are Encouraged to provide Bids on Both packages.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
