Description
The Department of Public Works and Environmental Services SWMP is seeking bids for the collection and processing of food scraps at two drop-off locations in Fairfax County. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, services, and equipment necessary to transport the collected materials to a permitted processing facility, pre-approved by the Project Manager. Transportation to an alternative processing site must be requested and approved by the Project Manager in advance.
