Description
The Virginia Department of Transportation, herein referred to as “VDOT”, an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia, is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide boom axe mowing on an as-needed basis. These operations shall be performed by the use of a tractor with an articulated arm mounted brush cutter (boom axe These operations will take place on Primary and Secondary routes in the Harrisonburg Residency of the Staunton District, Department of Transportation, an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia in accordance with the specifications contained herein. The initial period of the contract shall be one (1) year from the date of award (renewable). Q&A due by 5pm, 11/1/21. SBE goal 42%.
