Description

ELS Construction is seeking subcontractor bids for Tenant Improements 1,500 Sf at Tanning Salon, 3908 NY-281, Cortland NY 13214 for the following trades:  Acoustical Ceilings, Demolition, Doors / Frames / Hardware, Drywall, Electrical, Final Clean, Finish Carpentry / Millwork / Fixturing, HVAC, Voice & Data, Painting, Plumbing, Toilet Accessories.  All proposals should be sent to [email protected].  All proposal submissions should include a copy of your company’s W-9.  Failure to comply with this request may disqualify you from winning the project.  Please note that all awarded subcontractors will have to go through the GC Pay software process to submit all invoices and compliance documents.  Please be sure to include the $15.00 per invoice administration fee in your proposal.
