Retrofit, Replace or Construct ADA Ramps, Wake County, NC

This contract is to bring Existing Curb Ramps up to minimum required standards, activities include addition of, replacement, retrofit, and removal of Curb Ramps in Wake County. All work and materials shall be in accordance with the provisions of the General Guidelines of this contract, the Project Special Provisions, the North Carolina Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Roads and Structures 2018, the North Carolina Department of Transportation 2018 Roadway Standard Drawings, and the current edition of the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). The quantities stated in the Bid Form are estimates and are not guaranteed. The Contractor shall keep himself fully informed of all Federal, State, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations, and shall comply with the provisions of Section 107 of the Standard Specifications.
