Description
The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of Bids. Actual quantities of Work to be performed may vary at the discretion of the City Engineer. The project includes completely upgrade the existing traffic signal system to add protected westbound and eastbound left-turn signal phases and re-profile the intersection pavement to minimize adverse grade situation. The construction efforts are required for signal pole replacement, traffic signal system adjustment, streetlight pole removal, traffic signal cabinet installation, foundation construction, ADA ramp construction, curb and gutter reconstruction, street paving and resurfacing, driveway reconstruction, irrigation system recovering, fire hydrant relocation, pull box relocation and etc.. Questions due 11/08/21. Term is 120 working days.
