Citywide Concrete Repairs FY21-22, Manhattan Beach, CA

Various concrete repairs throughout the City limits. The contractor may be supplied a list of work locations for sidewalk, ramp, curb and gutter, driveway, PCC street, etc. every quarterly (3 month minimum) valued around approximately $62,500.00 per time. The contractor must mobilize and complete the City provided work list and complete the work list within 45 working days from issuance the notice to proceed, liquidated damages will be charge daily after the 45 working days. Work shall start within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of written quarterly notice to proceed from the City Engineer. Locations will be on one of the streets shown on the Vicinity Map within the City of Manhattan Beach included in. There are not major or minor bid items as describe in Section 1 of the General Provisions. Contractor will only be paid per unit price listed regardless of amount unit work completed. Term is 6 months. Questions due 10/21/21.
