CCC Placer Center Exterior Repainting, Auburn, CA

The California Conservation Corps (CCC) Placer Center desires the exterior repair and repainting of the Administration, Recreation and Corpsmember Development (CMD) buildings. The work for the exterior paint project will include all surface preparation (including wall, facia, miscellaneous trim, window and door repair or replacement), painting, finishing work, cleanup and related items necessary to complete work described in this scope of work. The paint specified is Lead Barrier Compound (LBC) by Fiberlock Technologies “Fiberlock” is designed to encapsulate lead-based paint that is found on some buildings. Other leadencapsulating paints may be found “better than or equal to” Fiberlock such as Dumond Chemicals, Inc., Lead Stop and Global Encasement, Inc., LeadLock GE-40. The Contractor is to provide a comparison sheet reflecting the substituted paint is “better than or equal to” Fiberlock to the CCC project manager. Term is through 6/30/22.  Questions due 10/28/21.
