Description
Seeking contractors for the purpose of maintenance and general repairs at County-owned buildings and/or buildings where departmental offices are located. It is the intention of the County to establish a Master
Service Agreement with an individual contractor to provide general maintenance and repair for all county HVAC systems. The contractor shall perform normal and on-call HVAC maintenance and mechanical services to designated facilities as directed by the Building and Grounds Manager or his or her designee. The contractor/bidder shall provide costs for the tasks listed on the bid sheets.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
