Description
The project includes services to provide replacement for the roof system and roof top unit HVAC replacement of the Stinson Airfield Terminal (SSF). The Scope associated with re-roofing and structural and envelope upgrades associated with new roof-top mechanical are as follows: roof replacement is limited to the old terminal building itself, not the adjacent wings. Install new roofing system to meet current energy codes. Work Associated with Rooftop Unit Replacement (HVAC) include removing and replacing existing HVAC Units on Old Terminal Building with modern equivalents. Questions are due no later than 4:00 PM on Nov 3rd. SBEDA Goal: 13%
