There are two building (new construction) involved - Aransas County DTA - County Courthouse & City of Rockport City Hall. The Aransas County Courthouse will be a 2 story, 45,036 sq ft building with concrete structure, masonry, cast stone and stucco exterior with standing seam metal roof, low slope modified bitumen roof system, and associated sitework and utilities. The City of Rockport City Hall will be a two-story, 27,500 sq. ft. City Hall Building with concrete structure, masonry, cast stone and stucco exterior with standing seam metal roof, low-slope modified bitumen roof system, and associated sitework and utilities.
