Description
Removal services for ornamental plants or bushes or trees including tree and shrub removal services and lop and scatter and chaining and harrow and bullhog. Work under this contract is located along Bullion Canyon Road heading west out of Marysvale, Utah. Elevations range from 6,100 to 6,600 feet within the project site and slopes range from 7-20%. The treatment consists of 2 individual units with specified avoidance areas. The estimated 55 acres to be treated contains a riparian area through the majority of the project. The vegetation type consists primarily of cottonwoods in the main drainage, pinyon, juniper, river birch, oak, maple, mixed conifer and aspen. Challenges include dense cottonwood stands, extra precautions due to riparian area, access limitations, changing weather conditions and invasive species. The treatment boundaries will not be flagged, the contractor is responsible for following GPS polygons indicated and provided by FFSL.
