Description
The Virginia Department of Transportation invites bids for road resurfacing in Bland, Grayson, and Wythe Counties, Virginia, Bristil District. This work shall include furnishing and applying a latex modified emulsion to existing roadway surfaces as specified herein and as directed by the Engineer. DBE goal 2%. Prequalification required.
