Description
The Virginia Department of Transportation invites bids for road resurfacing in Washington and Smyth Counties, Virginia, Bristol District. This work shall include furnishing and applying a latex modified emulsion to existing roadway surfaces as specified herein and as directed by the Engineer. DBE goal 2%. Prequalification required.
