Description
The Nampa Highway District is planning to add traffic signals to the intersection of Middleton Road and Orchard Avenue in 2021. The intersection is an all-way stop. The project will install traffic signals instead of stop signs, add through and turn lanes, as well as curb, gutters and sidewalks. The work involves removal of old pavement, earthwork, drainage, piping, aggregate ballast, paving, curb, gutter and sidewalk, approaches, traffic signals, and temporary and permanent traffic control.
