Description
The Work consists of the removal and replacement of an approximately 700 LF existing fence system with variable heights. New iron fencing shall include fence post, fence post concrete footings, fence panels, base weld plates, and gates as noted on the Drawings.
Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the Division One General Requirements; Selective Demolition; Installation of Pre-Manufactured fence system in the base Bid. Contractor to remove / patch existing concrete pool deck material, and other site work using materials noted on drawings and specified herein. Contractor is to remove, safeguard, and reinstall any existing site items impeding work areas that must be removed during construction. All patch / replaced finish materials are to match existing adjacent materials in both style and classification. Contractor to provide construction fencing and barriers as needed to safeguard construction materials and prohibit the use of the existing pool deck area where construction is taking place during construction. Contractor shall use nondestructive vacuum excavation methods for all required site excavation on this project.
