Description
The work consists of construction of approximately 8,400 LF of 12 inch water main and associated appurtenances along Springdale Road, Dry Bridge Road, Sandy Hill Road, and Holyoke Road. The Work will be substantially completed within 360 days from the date of the Notice to Proceed and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 390 days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. MBE goal is 4.2% and WBE goal is 4.5%.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
