Primary Clarifier Rehabilitation No. 2 and 4, Fairfield GA

Primary Clarifier Rehabilitation No. 2 and 4 includes, but is not limited to, a complete mechanical equipment replacement for Primary Clarifier Tanks #2 and #4, and restoration and coating of the Primary Effluent Channel located at the Fairfield-Suisun Sewer District. The work to be performed under the Contract Documents shall consist of furnishing all conduit, wire, fittings, controls, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and manufactured articles and furnishing all transportation and services, including fuel, power, water, essential communications, and the performance of all labor, work, or other operations required for the complete fulfillment of the requirements of the Contract Documents in accordance with all Laws and Regulations. The work shall be complete, and all work, materials, supplies, equipment and services not expressly shown or called for in the Contract Documents which may be necessary or advisable for the complete and proper construction of the work in good faith shall be performed, furnished, and installed by the contractor as though originally so specified or shown, at no increase in cost to the owner. All questions or other communications relative to this work shall be directed to the Engineer prior to opening of Bid. Only questions submitted in writing may be addressed by addendum in accordance with Article 5 of the Instructions to Bidders.
