Description
This Contract requires complete removal of the concrete around the floor drain, removal of the existing drain, repair piping if required, install a new floor drain and replace concrete for eight (8) floor drains. The contractor will also clean and seal 1000 LF of existing cracks in the concrete with Baracade Silane 100 C or an equal quality sealant. Contractor shall follow manufacturers recommendations for preparation of the area and installation. This is a Small Business Reserve procurement for which award is limited to certified small business vendors.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
