Renovations for the District Attorney's Office, Jonesboro, GA

The Bidder shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment and transportation, supervision, certifications and all effort necessary to meet the specifications of services for this RFQ. 1. GENERAL 1.1. The Bidder must remove bottom cabinets and countertops. 1.2. The Bidder must withdraw, make ready, provide paint and paint interior walls in breakroom. 1.3. The Bidder must patch, prime and paint forty-four (44) interior offices to match existing. 1.4. The Bidder must paint two (2) storage rooms columns and exterior walls with seventy-three (73) windows and door jams. 1.5. The Bidder must install new granite counter tops with undermount sink and faucet inclusion of all plumbing hook ups and electrical connection and install new counter tops. 1.6. The Bidder must install bottom cabinets, breakfast bar and floating shelves. 1.7. The Bidder must finish drywall where needed. 1.8. The Bidder must install a Refrigerator & two (2) microwaves. 1.9. The Bidder must move a hot-water line and a cold-water line over as well as the sink & p-trap over 19”. A Non-Mandatory Site Visit will be held on Monday, October 25, 2021 at 1:00 P.M., EST at the Harold R. Banke Justice Center, 9151 Tara Boulevard, Jonesboro, GA 30236. Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the County has implemented procedures which can be found in the bid documentation. Questions due October 28, 2021, 3:00pm.
