Description

For purposes of this Contract, Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, supervision, and incidentals necessary to Contractors will perform ongoing maintenance, repair and replacement services at the VTA facilities where air compressors, breathing air systems, and associated equipment is located. Certain portions of the Work will be regularly-scheduled preventative maintenance ("PM") services, and certain portions of the Work will be performed on an on-call basis ("On-Call"), meaning that VTA may request unscheduled repair services or emergency callout if necessary, and some work may include replacement of equipment no longer cost effective to repair or upgrade. 

Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
