Description
This is a solicitation for contractors interested in entering into a State Let Maintenance Contract consisting of the purchase and delivery of materials only, Superpave Mixtures, Type SPD PG 70-22, SPD PG 76-22, and SPB PG 64-22 for the Mitchell, Howard, Scurry, Borden and Kent County Maintenance Sections. This contract is non-site specific. Material should be bid assuming delivery to any point in the county specified. “Pickup” line item should be bid assuming no freight cost as TxDOT vehicles will be retrieving material when this item is selected. Materials shall be delivered to the locations specified in Work Orders. Estimated quantities are specified in the plans. Location 1: Mitchell County Maintenance Section; Location 2: Howard County Maintenance Section; Location 3: Scurry County Maintenance Section; Location 4: Borden County Maintenance Section; Location 5: Kent County Maintenance Section. Time for Completion: 120 calendar days.
