Description
Bret Harte Elementary School (Kipp Bayview ES) Installation of Interim Housing, four Temporary portable classrooms. The Project is generally described as: Prepare site work for the delivery of 4 new temporary relocatable portable (24’x40’) classrooms. (By Mobile Modular); work to include, but not limited to, demolition and reinstallation of entry fences, demolition of existing basketball hoops, provide new asphalt pads in preparation for the new portables. Provide fire alarm connection, underground trenching for electrical connection to existing switchgear, and data connection for the 4 new relocatable portables. Add new parking signages and truncated domes as indicated in the contract document. There is NO hazardous material abatement related to this project. DVBE participation goal is 3%.
