Removal of existing outdoor and indoor mechanical equipment and its mechanical and electrical connections, installation of new indoor and outdoor mechanical equipment including mechanical and electrical connections and retrofitting of 2 existing air handling units in the basement; removal of existing concrete pad, fences and soils and installation of new concrete slab, fences and concrete pads; tests and commissioning; and all associated mechanical, electrical, structural and miscellaneous related work. There is hazardous material abatement related to this project. DVBE participation goal is 3%.
