All labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide cold plane AC pavement, place HMA and replace concrete slabs on Route 51 in and near Sacramento from the El Camino Ave. Overcrossing to 0.4 mile South of the Marconi Ave Overcrossing, and from 0.4 mile North of the Marconi Ave. Overcrossing to the Route 80, 51 / 244 Separation. Term is 40 working days. DVBE 3% DBE incentives.
