Description
Prequalification required. New Construction of (1) new classroom building 1300X, approximately 9500 square feet, supporting infrastructure and surrounding landscape. A Project Labor Agreement is required on this project. Pre-Qualification is a requirement for ALL contractors that will enter into a contract/agreement directly with East Side Union High School District. Any bid listing subcontractors holding C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43 or C-46 licenses, if used, who are not prequalified, shall be deemed non-responsive and will not be considered. 400 calendar days duration.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
