Notice is hereby given that The County of Alameda General Services Agency (“GSA”) Purchasing Department (“County” or “Owner”) solicits sealed bids for this Traning Center ADA Upgrades project consisting of: 1. Remove existing parking striping and signage at existing parking stalls. Remove soil as needed to create proper slope for new ADA parking stalls.  2. Demolish existing slab at walkway  3. Remove existing curb ramp  4. Remove existing handrails at Unit 3.  5. Remove existing ramp and railing  6. Remove existing stair railing. 7. Grind down existing trip hazard at back ramp.  8. Provide new 2 ADA parking stalls with new wheel stops and signage.  9. Provide new curb ramp  10. Provide new ramp and railing  11. Provide new handrail at existing stairs and entrance platform  12. Provide new directional signage  13. Grind down existing concrete back door ramp to be flushed  14. Adjust front door sill to comply with ADA requirements  15. The works are subjected to passing the CASp review & inspection. Work to be completed by July 11, 2022. Questions are due by March 8th. Project duration is 90 calendar days.
