Description
This project is located at the Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital & Trauma Center (ZSFG), Building 5, at 1001 Potrero Avenue, San Francisco, California. This project is permitted under HCAI (Department of Health Care Access and Information), formerly known as OSHPD (Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development). The Work consists entirely of interior renovation and is principally located on the 3rd floor of Building 5. This interior renovation involves building a new Urology Clinic, a new waste holding room & storage closet, and new staff toilet rooms in Wards 3A and 3C. The Work includes but is not limited to the construction of new partition walls, finished ceilings, flooring, lighting, electrical, HVAC and plumbing.
