Description
The project consists of providing traffic control and construction area signs; providing and implementing water pollution control plan; milling, installing detector loops; installing reinforcing fabric; striping; and asphalt concrete resurfacing of portions of various roadways in the unincorporated Castro Valley Area of Alameda County, California. Completion time shall be 60 working days. MBE/WBE requirements: MBE = 15%; WBE = 5%
