Description
Rebuild exterior sidewalk at the exterior of the middle school campus. Add drain inlet at low point in the parking lot. Build housekeeping pad at the location of water heater, reset water heater, and all connections. Estimated time frame: start construction on May 13th and complete by June 30th (2022). There is a mandatory 50% LBU (Local Business Utilization) Policy with a 25% or less LBE (Local Business Enterprise). See bid docs.
