Demolition and New Construction: "Replacement": Hensel Phelps is requesting registration for all construction trades, materials and services from Los Angeles County LSBE/CBE/DVBE/SE/DBE/MBE/WBE/LGBTQ-owned business enterprises for the Harbor-UCLA Medical Center Replacement in Torrance CA. This Design-build project has started with scheduled completion in 2027. To register with Hensel Phelps, please go to URL below. Subcontracts awarded on this project will be on the Hensel Phelps Construction Co. standard form subcontract and may include a requirement to provide payment and performance bonds from a T-Listed surety at the subcontractor’s expense. Hensel Phelps will assist in obtaining bonds, lines of credit or insurances required.
