Description
The project consists of various improvements in Old Alvarado and Cesar Chavez Park located respectively at Smith St. and Wakins St. and Granger Ave. and Randall Ct., in the City of Union City, California. The work generally includes the rehabilitation walkway paths, playground equipment and area replacement, installation of new park furnishings, installation of 1/2 basketball and full volleyball court, and improvement of ADA access throughout the 2 parks. Questions concerning the project must be submitted to Trieu Tran by e-mail at least five (5) working days prior to the time specified for the bid opening.
