Description
The Project is more specifically defined in the Contract Documents, but generally includes furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and services necessary to perform the construction and installation of the following: street resurfacing of Dublin Boulevard from Scarlett Drive to Hacienda Drive, including the installation of curb ramp replacement, cold planning and overlay, pavement marking, adjusting utilities to grade, and modifications to traffic signals, all as shown in the Specifications, Special Provisions, and other Contract Documents entitled as shown above, now on file in the office of the Public Works Director, to which reference is hereby made for further particulars. The Project is to be completed within a total maximum of Ninety (90) Working Days after the date specified in the City’s Notice to Proceed. DBE goal is 22%.
