Description
The Work generally consists of removing and replacing both evaporative rooftop cooling units, modernizing the control system and extending the campus CHW piping to the main rooftop air handling units. The Work includes a new CHW pumping system for the building and extension of CHW piping to the roof, installation of a heating hot water pump to augment the existing HHW system and replacement of the main laboratory exhaust fans. Bids can only be submitted by those B License contractors who have been pre-qualified with the District. Deadline for questions is May 18, 2022 by 5:00pm.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
