Description
The work generally consists of furnishing all materials and installations for stormwater enhancements along Magnolia Avenue between Doherty Drive and Creekside Drive; relocation of existing dog park and restoration of the existing dog park site to tidal marsh, and ADA accommodations; replacement of dock and improve ADA accommodation at Bon Air Landing Park; and replacement of public dock, addition of ADA parking and ADA path from new parking to dock at City owned parcel leased to Marin Rowing Association. This is a federally funded project. The DBE Goal is 23%.
