Description

The Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District (EVMWD) intends to retain a professional services consultant to provide and implement innovative, effective, well-planned, and meaningful outreach and public relations services. The selected consultant will provide public relations and outreach services to support EVMWD on a septic-to-sewer conversion project that will align with the EVMWD’s Sewer Master Plan and Groundwater Protection goals. Two neighborhoods, Sedco Hills and the Avenues, will be transitioned to the EVMWD sewer system in a phased approach over a period of 48 months. • Area I – Sedco Hills Neighborhood of approximately 550 customers • Area II – Avenues Neighborhood of approximately 450 customers A detailed Scope of Services is attached hereto as Attachment “1”. While the full scope of work shall be negotiated in a Professional Services Agreement, the Respondent will be expected to fulfill, at a minimum, the services and technical requirements described in the attached Scope of Services.
