Description
The San Bernardino County, Public Works Department (County), is seeking Proposals from interested and qualified Proposers to provide Materials Testing services, which includes testing and observation during construction of Phelan Road Intersection Improvements. Due to the size and nature of this project the intent of this RFP is to select a consultant for this project that is separate from any establish “on-call” lists. This request is open to all firms that are qualified and capable of performing the work, whether or not the firm is currently part of any on-call list with the County for similar services. The Contract period will be for a maximum of five (5) years beginning when approved by the County Board of Supervisors and ending a year after the completion of the project, or five (5) years after the approval date whichever is sooner. Deadline for questions is July 22, 2022, questions must be submitted in writing.
