Description
This RFP solicits Construction Management and Observation services as the Owner’s Representative on the Ranspot and Peeler Pipeline Replacement Project. The project will install approximately 1,350 LF of 8-inch PVC water mains. The replacement limits shall be in Ranspot Ave and Peeler Ave from Landerville Blvd to Adelfa St. There will also be a short segment of pipeline work at the intersection of Anthony Ave and Adelfa St. Questions are due by 10:00 PM on Sept 27th. The Project is anticipated to be funded, in whole or in part, with American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). DBE & GFE requirements.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
