Bid date change - Canal Replacement Project - Segment 5B, Oakley, CA

The work includes, but is not limited to, mobilization/demobilization; clearing and grubbing; installing and removing temporary construction signage and security fencing; providing and maintaining storm water pollution prevention control measures; installing District provided stop logs; unwatering of Canal; providing and operating trench and excavation dewatering system(s) and water disposal system for blended groundwater and dilution water; removing, hauling, and disposing of sediment; maintaining access roads to Interior Areas; installing approximately 6,394 feet of 10 ft diameter reinforced concrete pipe; demolishing Canal levee berms; backfilling Canal and pipe trench with material from existing Canal levee berms and other sources of backfill material; constructing temporary inlet structure, access structure, and access road; installing permanent fencing and signage; final grading;l restoring the Adjacent License Area and Sandmounted License Area as defined in Appendix D; installing and removing a temporary sheet pile cofferdam; over-excavation of the trench and installation of foundation material and fabric; and all sheeting, shoring and bracing. Project is to be completed within 484 consecutive days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.
